Welcome to Culture Hub Tourism. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services listed on www.culturehubtravel.com, unless specified otherwise.

1. Definitions & Agreement

• Customer: Refers to the person making the booking and all individuals included in the booking.
• Product: Any tour, service, or activity offered by Culture Hub Tourism LLC (hereafter “Culture Hub”).

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for all individuals listed in the booking.
All contracts are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Website Operations

Our website operates in two ways:

• Online Bookings: For city tours, desert safaris, cruises, and activities. Availability, prices, and payments are shown in real-time.
• Custom Requests: For groups, events, or tailor-made experiences, we accept inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

4. Prices & Travel Arrangements

• Prices may change due to fuel surcharges, government fees, seasonal variations, or changes in third-party supplier costs.
• Culture Hub reserves the right to adjust prices prior to booking confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

• For Tours & Activities: 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance may be paid on pickup.
• Payments are accepted via VISA/MasterCard in AED or USD.
• Online payments must match the cardholder’s identity.

6. Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways to protect your transactions. All personal and financial data is handled according to industry security standards.
We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

7. Booking Amendments & Cancellations

• Up to 4 days before activity: Full refund
• Less than 3 days or no-show: Non-refundable
• Force Majeure: In case of weather issues, government restrictions, or safety concerns, Culture Hub may cancel or reschedule. Customers will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

8. Customer Cancellation Fees

• Up to 14 days before tour: 0% cancellation fee
• 7 to 2 days before tour: 50% fee
• 1 day or less: 100% non-refundable

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger.

9. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original payment method.
• Refunds may be subject to admin fees, hotel policies, or third-party costs.
• No-shows or partially used services are non-refundable.

10. Health, Safety & Eligibility

• Travelers must be physically and mentally fit to participate.
• Activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, or speed boat rides are not suitable for pregnant women or guests with back/heart conditions.
• Culture Hub reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe, without compensation.

11. Travel & Health Insurance

We strongly recommend travelers have comprehensive travel and health insurance covering cancellations, accidents, or unforeseen events.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Culture Hub Tourism is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during tours or caused by third-party providers.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
